• Duplex Layout (2BR/1BA): Located on the 6th floor (pre-war walk-up, no elevator).
• Apartment Features: Cozy living room with exposed brick and access to a shared rooftop space.
• Your Room: Sunny, south-facing, and on the upper level. Furnished with a full-size bed, nightstand, dresser, A/C, and ample closet space (note: closet has been updated since ad photo).
- Furniture flexibility: We are open to replacing the dresser with a desk if needed for work or study.
• Important: It is a loft-style room and does not have a door.

About Us & Expectations
You will share the apartment with a professional couple (Swedish with a 9-5 job and a Personal Trainer from CA). We are easygoing creatives, but now focus on our careers.
When we are home, we like to unwind, watch movies and relax.

Our Schedule: We wake up early (5-6 AM) and are typically asleep between 9 PM and 11 PM.

Who we are looking for:
• Someone positive, responsible and tidy.
• No parties or heavy traffic.
• No pets.
• Comfortable with the Space: Ideal candidates will be aware and comfortable with the realities of city living, including the 6-floor walk-up and the loft-style room without a door.
