Large room in a flat with private terrace

Hello! 👋 We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our apartment in Murray Hill!

It’s a large 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on the 18th floor with a huge living room/dining room area with lots of light and a large private terrace with an amazing view of the Chrysler building.

About the apartment:

- Giant living room with a 75” TV so it’s a perfect place for a at-home movie night :)
- Kitchen has a gas hob, dishwasher and an solid amount of storage space
- Brand-new furniture including large sofa, table, TV
- Hardwood floors throughout the flat
- In-building washer/dryer

- No broker fee

**The Room**

The room to rent is a massive king-size bedroom which has plenty of room for a wardrobe and a desk and views of the New York skyline. It's unfurnished.

The rent is $2450/month. Gas, water and HVAC are included; electricity, internet and weekly cleaner are split equally. There’s no broker fee, but there will probably be a few hundred dollars of building fees on move-in (not entirely sure, we’ll find out soon).

**About us**

I’m Magda and I’m Polish and my boyfriend Ben is English (though he grew up in Brunei) – we've been living in the apartment for 4 years, since we moved to NY!

I like hiking and dancing (mostly blues/balfolk, though I started my journey with Irish dancing).

Ben likes drinking and food, and his favourite restaurant in the city so far is Mountain House.

Our third flatmate is Joe, another English chap who's moved to New York a year ago and is really into video games!

We’re all pretty laid-back but we like to keep the flat in reasonable order, and we're looking for a like-minded easy-going person – someone easy-going who'd be up for the occasional (or not so occasional) drink or film night. Bonus points if you like plants as our living room is full of them!
