Room for rent!

Hi! We're three professionals in our 20s/30s looking for a roommate starting August 1. We're responsible, friendly, respect each other's space and looking for the same =)

Some notes about the place:
-3rd floor walk-up.
-Unfurnished Bedroom is approximately 100 square feet (including a closet) and comfortably fits a full size bed, dresser, and desk. Includes an air conditioner and ceiling fan.
-Spacious living room with fire escape and access to the roof.
-Plenty of kitchen cabinet space if you cook.

Some notes about the neighborhood:
-Trader Joe's and an enormous Fairway Market within a few blocks
-plenty of restaurant and bar options
-6 train is three blocks away
-Express local buses nearby in all 4 directions
-Crunch Gym across the street; NY Sports Club two blocks up
-15 screen movie theater and 24/7 hardware store a few blocks away.

Move in cost is first month's rent and security deposit.
