Looking for a fun and tidy roommate

Bedroom 1

My roommate is moving out of our 2 bed room apartment that?s located in an amazing neighborhood on 33rd street and between 2nd and 3rd Avenue. The apartment is fairly large and the room that you will be moving in is large too. Both rooms are at the two ends and therefore very well separated. We will share the kitchen, bathroom and living room space.

The neighborhood is great and well connected. Even though it?s midtown Manhattan is very quiet. There are a plenty of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops on the 3rd ave. Trader Joe?s is 2 mins away. I love this neighborhood. The building is a bit old but haven?t had any issues so far.

I am pretty laid back in general but like to keep things a bit clean and tidy. I work at Columbia University as a Mathematician. On weekends you will either find me performing in improv or sketch comedy shows or just plain binge watching some random TV series in My pajamas. I like to think that I am pretty social but rarely have friends over. That being said I will never say no to an in-house party or a game night.
