Looking for a roommate to take over master bedroom available 1/2 a block from 33rd St station in Murray Hill. Lease through May 31st, 2020.

I work in tech, have been living in the apartment for 5+ years, like to keep a very clean apartment, and have already furnished the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Master bedroom is 10x15 with three windows, high ceilings, closet, in the back of the building (not on a street). Prior roommate had a king bed, futon, coffee table, TV, desk, and dressers in the room with no space issues. Smells faintly of smoke due to a nearby tenant.

Looking for someone that is down to earth, clean, will take care of the space, and does not have major parties.
