About Apt: Very homey, well furnished apartment. The apt is massive (corner unit)! The kitchen has marble countertops, brand new appliances, and a window overlooking the river; which adds a really nice touch. The ceilings are also pretty high and provides a nice airness to it. Living room is furnished with leather couches, dining room table, marble coffee table, decorative artwork and TV.

Cable/Internet is provided by RCN. Utilities are not included in rent. Cleaning lady comes every 4 weeks.

About Room: The room for rent is a conversion, with a full wall to the ceiling (not the half walls) which was installed by the building. Most people who come into the apt can't even tell which is the 'fake' wall. Window in the room is half the size of the wall and allows for a lot of sun light. The room itself is very large; approximately 12x10. Current Roomie has queen bed,
night stand and drawers with plenty of room to spare.

I am currently not looking for any short term leases/rentals.

About me: 30 y. o. F dentist. I graduated from NYU dental and have stayed in the area since. I was born and raised in Brooklyn. I'm very chill/drama free and incredibly considerate. I'm super clean and neat; especially of the common area. I'm really social and outgoing, but definitely not one to bring the party home. During the week, Ill either come home and watch tv in my room with a glass of wine or I'll be out grabbing dinner/drinks with friends (huge foodie). I love discovering and trying new things. I'm also always going to concerts and different live acts. I enjoy watching sports; especially football (Jets Fan!).

About you: I'm looking for someone I can easily get along and be friendly with. I've gone through some awful roommates in the past, and I would like to avoid that at all costs.

Looking for someone who is clean, chill, and considerate. I am exhausted after a long day in the office and enjoy having a calm, relaxing environment to come home to.
