We are 2 young professional girls, we are both 26 years old and best friends from college. We have lived together for 3 years now. One of us got into law school and is moving to another state so we are looking for someone to transfer our lease to for the remaining 10 months of it with the possibility to renew after with the management company.

We are offering a true 1 bedroom or a 1 bedroom + flex bedroom (we currently have a pressurized wall in the living room).

The true bedroom is very spacious (16' x 11') with 2 large windows with blinds/shades , an AC unit and floor-to-ceiling 4 doors closet.

The flex bedroom (12' x 11') has an AC unit, 4 south-facing windows with great natural light as well as blinds/shades.

The hallway features a huge double door walk-in closet as well as a 4 doors closet also floor-to-ceiling? so much closet space it?s a girl?s dream!!!

The kitchen has granite counter tops, new appliances, and ceiling tall cabinets. Also amazing storage space, we have a lot of kitchen stuff and still have so many empty shelves in the cabinets.

The bathroom has great lighting and is very modern. It has granite walls, floors, sink counter top space as well as 3 behind mirror cabinets with shelves.

The building is pet friendly and includes doorman and package room services, as well as a covered driveway. There's a gym on the 32nd floor, enclosed pool, locker rooms, lounge area and a multi-layer rooftop. The gym features workout classes as well which is awesome, all you have to do is show up, no need to schedule in advance for it! If you're looking for two bedrooms, we can leave the wall up and transfer the wall lease and remaining costs. The wall company is called Living Space. The wall is floor-to-ceiling and soundproof.

In order to move in you'll need to pass a credit and background check, as well as provide proof of income 50x the rent (combined if you have a roommate). You can use a guarantor (needs 80x rent). This is a lease transfer, not a sublease, as our building only allows transfers.
