Up for grabs is one bedroom in a converted two-bedroom apartment (originally a huge one-bedroom). The building is on East 27th street between 3rd Avenue and Lexington Ave and the apartment is on the Penthouse floor!

- HUGE terrace (the pics don't do it justice)
- Fully-furnished living room and terrace for you to use; the bedroom is unfurnished but currently has an air mattress in it that you'd be welcome to use until the room is furnished

- Super-fast WIFI (that plus electricity comes to roughly $75/month for us each)
- Dishwasher/Microwave/Stove
- On-site laundry
- Maid who comes twice a month
- Live-in Super
- Deep-soaking tub and STRONG shower pressure (I know that's a deal-breaker for me)

- Parking -additional fees apply
- Pet-friendly

You:
- Have a stable job/source of income
- Can pay the pro-rated rent for July (the room is available NOW) plus August rent upon move-in plus one month's security deposit
- Are clean and quiet within reason (not looking for silence but also not looking for daily ragers at 3am)

The least is up November 30th meaning then one of the following happens:
- We both decide to stay in the apt
- You decide to leave, no harm no foul
- You decide to stay, and if I leave you simply find a roommate
