Apartment is 2 bed 2 bath (3 bed flex) with new kitchen and bathroom appliances and balcony looking onto the city.

Building offers amazing amenities, huge rooftop with tvs and grills, 24 hour fully equipped gym, communal lounge and more. We have both lived in this apartment for a year already and its great.

I moved to the city 12 months ago from London with work in marketing. The other roommate is from New Jersey and he works a similar job. Both sociable, looking to meet new people. We go to the gym / try to be healthy during the week after work etc.
