The apartment has two bedrooms with queen size beds, big windows with nice views (see picture) and drawer space. The apartment has a nice, fully stocked, bathroom and kitchen. There is cable TV in the living room area as well and wireless internet available for your use.

Location is great - very close to bars, restaurants, markets, boutique shops, public transportation, Empire State Building, Grand Central, Herald Square (Macy's). Located minutes away from Grand Central Station by foot (12 minutes) and the 33rd Stop on the 6 Line at Park and 33rd.

The neighborhood is very safe. Murray Hill caters to the young urban professionals; so the area is lively and young at night, even though plenty of families share the neighborhood.

The apartment can be furnished or unfurnished. The lease runs through August 1. You will be responsible for splitting the cable and electricity bill. Water is included in the apartment cost.
