One room of lease takeover

Looking for someone to take over the upstairs of my two-floor Morningside Heights apartment. You’d have your own unfurnished bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area, and we’d share the kitchen, which is pretty well equipped (there’s also a mobile island and laundry machine that aren’t pictured).

The location is great, and right next to the 1 train and a short walk to the A/B/C/D. Lots of restaurants, bars, bodegas, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. nearby.

I have a very friendly cat, so you’ll need to be cool with cats! Ideally no other pets. Looking for someone friendly and chill who’s reasonably neat but not overly Type A. Having friends over is totally fine, just not looking for a party house.

Rent is $1,653.50/month + utilities and Wi-Fi, plus security deposit. It’s a lease takeover, ideally starting November 1.

The photos are from the original listing. The apartment is a little messy right now since my current roommate is packing up to move to Florida, but I’m happy to do a video tour or show you the place in person.
