August Sublet in Morningside Heights

Looking for a roommate to join me in subletting a two bedroom in Morningside Heights this August (7/31 or 8/1 to 8/31 ONLY).

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
- Air conditioning in each room.
- Shared living room and kitchen.
- Good-sized bedroom with a full-size mattress and frame, folding table and two chairs, and closet.

The unit is located on the second floor in an elevator building, with laundry in the basement.

RENT: $1550 for the month — utilities are included.
WIFI: ~$25/per person.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATE
I am a 21-year-old young professional and recent college graduate with a 4-year-old domestic shorthair cat. My job starts up in the fall, so most of my days will be spent in the apartment. I enjoy exploring the city, reading, crocheting, and the performing arts, though I'll only make any of those your problem upon request.

I consider myself clean and communicative and appreciate a friendly relationship with those with whom I live. My cat is a little slower to warm up, but she is always curious and kind!
