The room is located in an elevator building, a block and a half to the 125th 1 train station. The Manhattan Music School, the Union Theological Seminary, and The Rabbinical School are just down the block. Columbia’s main campus is a very short walk. There are restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and drugstores very close by.
APARTMENT/ROOM
The room itself is located in a 3-bed/1-bath apartment on the 6th floor. The room available is the most private, situated close to the front door and comes fully-furnished. It includes a closet, window, air-conditioner, refrigerator, dresser, desk, and a bookshelf. The bathroom is shared. As a tenant you will have access to laundry and a gym which are in the basement of the building.
ABOUT THE RENTAL
The room is being rented out by a quiet older couple, who prefer a quiet and busy post-grad level student or professional who will keep to themselves. This lease is for use of the room and bathroom only. Use of the kitchen or living area are generally not allowed unless approved by landlords.
