Roommate wanted

Hi, l am a recent Columbia Climate School Grad and looking for roommates to resign the lease for this fully furnished and beautifully decorated apartment. I have been living here for last 2 years and signing the lease for a third year. Apt is on 4th floor of a walk up building. Laundromat is 5 mins walk from the building. The rooms are not furnished but the previous roommates will be interested in selling their stuff. It is a year-long lease starting on May 1, 2026. Renewal is possible at the end of the lease. Just please be clean, organised, and friendly, that’s all I want :)

I will be your roommate and will be occupying the fourth room not listed here. I currently work for a climate nonprofit from home, but l also like spending time outside. I am a social person who loves music, art, and singing, but I also respect others’ personal space. I expect roommates to do their chores diligently and communicate well because I do not like conflicts/negative energy in shared spaces. The other roommate is a Psychology Major at CCNY and a teaching assistant at a pre-school in Yonkers.
