I’m a Columbia Law School alum. My roommate is leaving, and I decided it would be nice to rent out the second bedroom to a law student, graduate student, or professional.

• Light-filled apartment, with view of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine from southeast-facing windows
• Kitchen has a dishwasher and pots/pans/gadgets you may use

• (No roof deck or doorman; also no pets allowed)

• Located at the intersection of 112th and Amsterdam Ave, just 4 blocks from Columbia Law School and the main entrance to Columbia University.
• Location features TONS of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby; USPS and book store on our same block. Grocery store, pharmacy, and NYPL are all within 2 blocks.

• Monthly rent listed
o + 1/2 of utilities (usually ~$50 - $75 / month pp) and internet ($37/month pp)
o + cleaning fee for a cleaner to come once every ~3 weeks (~$40pp)
