One month rent from Dec.18 near 110 street subway

I'm leaving for one month during winter vacation and subletting my room in a three bedroom apartment on 112 street, only 3 minute walking distance from 110 subway station, very convenient with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Room is available from Dec.18th 2025 to Jan.17th 2026. Exact move-in date is negotiable. I have three closets and will clear one for you. The room is fully furnished and you will share the kitchen, bathroom and living room with two roommates. I actually have a full-size ikea mattress you can use, much more comfortable (I didnt put it in the pictures). There is elevator and laundry is in the basement. Students, non-smoker and female are preferred. Roommate are students from Columbia University, and both are nice and friendly people. No pets allowed (school policy). Short stay for at least one week is considered (500 per week or 1600 for a month). Maximum stay is one month as I will be back around Jan. 17th. All utilities and wifi are included.
