Room for rent in Morningside Heights

I am renting the second bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment. It is a good fit for a clean, neat and orderly student.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a small walk-up building. The bedroom is sunny with a tall window, hardwood floors, high ceilings with fan and a closet.

The room is decorated with a full size bed with drawers underneath, side table and shelvings.

The apartment has large living/dining room, full size kitchen and bathroom.

The location is prime Upper West Side, a 10-minutes walk south of Columbia University and Manhattan School of Music. You’ll be close to all amenities (supermarkets, gyms, pharmacies, and restaurants, launderette, subways , buses, etc.

Riverside, Central, and Morningside Parks are a few blocks away. The parks offer running paths, recreational facilities including tennis courts, pickleball, skate rinks, and soccer fields.
Easy access to multiple train and bus lines (1, 2, 3, B and C) and buses (M7, M11, M10, M116 and M60).

The rent includes all utilities (including internet).The rental is month to month with a three-month maximum stay. A one-month deposit is required. 

House rules are firm: no pets, no parties, no overnight guests, and no smoking of any kind.
