We are looking for someone to rent our spare bedroom in our three bedroom apartment. We are a quiet senior couple and have a lot of experience renting out rooms in the past. Ideally, you are a student pursuing studies on the graduate level. We are looking for a long-term renter, but will consider a summer renter.

The bedroom is generously sized, furnished with a bed, bookshelf, desk, dresser, closet, A/C, and refrigerator, and is privately located away from the other bedrooms. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared. Utilities are included in your rent.

Building amenities include elevator, laundry room, and fitness center.

The building is located a block and half away from the train station and close to many amazing restaurants and shops. It's also conveniently walking distance from the main Columbia campus as well as the other university buildings in the neighborhood.

$1,000 deposit, plus first month's rent to move in.
