The room also boasts three large windows that allow for plenty of natural light, a large-screen Roku TV, a small desk and desk chair, and a sizable mini refrigerator to meet your personal needs. It is a tranquil apartment with mature roommates. We are looking for a long-term roommate, i. e., 6 months or more. There is also a laundry room in the building's basement.

You must be responsible, clean, and, most importantly, respectful of others. A roommate lease and contract are mandatory, as is adhering to a cleaning schedule. No pets, please. The room is for one person only. I am located about a 5-minute walk from the C train at 116th Street and a 10-minute walk from the A, B, C, and D trains at 125th Street. I am also about a 5-minute walk from Columbia's main campus, which can be accessed through Morningside Park.
