I am looking for a lovely female roommate to share this apartment (2 bedrooms; 1 bathroom) with one other female occupant - available now until June 2020, ideal if you need accommodation for the spring semester. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk to Columbia campus.

Monthly rent is $1,200 (not including utilities), and the room currently has a very comfortable full-size bed with pillows and a comforter which I would be willing to sell very cheaply!

The apartment is very warm, clean and quiet (no road noise!) in a walk-up building on the 2nd floor. Shared space includes a dining/living area with a table and couch, and a kitchen with a dishwasher AND a washing machine.
