I am looking for someone to join me in my great apartment right next to the intersection of Morningside Avenue and 127th Street starting March 1st. It?s very conveniently located just a few steps (less than 1 minute) away from the entrance to the 125th subway station where four different trains stop: A, D, B, and C (the first two are express). It?s also just a 15 minute stroll through beautiful Morningside Park from the Columbia University campus.

The apartment has hardwood floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room, and a clean bathroom. There are two closets next to the entrance with ample space for all the coats and shoes. The room itself is nested away from the street, which assures quiet nights. It has a window with a view on the backyard with trees and plants. It is fully furnished, including a great bed and much shelve space, and ready for move-in. It also has a closet. The neighbors are very friendly and respectful.

I am the only other person living in the apartment. I am a young professional at the age of 28. I work a stable 9-5 job at a university and have a regular after-work schedule.
