Summer Sublet near Columbia University

Looking for someone to sublet from mid-to-late May to mid-to-late August for the full 3 months. Females only, and Columbia student or young working professional preferred. $650 security deposit due at signing. Rent is $1300/month and includes all utilities and Internet.

Beautiful, fully-furnished room available in a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Located right by Columbia's Teachers College, School of Social Work, and Union Theological Seminary. Only a few short blocks from Columbia's main campus!

The room has two windows with plenty of sunlight and a large closet. The furniture that will be in the room includes the bed, two dressers, and a side table. The futon in the picture has been moved to the living room under the window and I will be taking the gray storage chests under the living room home with me. However, if you need additional storage, I can leave some of the storage chests, but there is plenty of storage in the room. Apartment features a large furnished living room with huge windows, new bathroom and kitchen, and washer and dryer in unit! Located on the third floor and the building has an elevator and buzzer system.

You will be living with 3 other female roommates between the ages of 24 and 30. Two females are graduating from Columbia this May, but will continue living in the apartment. One female is looking for a female subletter for her room. All roommates are cooperative and we have a weekly cleaning chart to ensure all chores are completed.
