Old NYC charm apartment very clean and quiet. Internet, WiFi, electricity, and water bills included. On the 3rd floor with elevator. Washers and dryers in the basement. Very safe neighborhood. Across the street from Riverside park and one block from 1 train. 5 minute walk to Columbia University. Common areas are bathroom, kitchen and living room. Stay safe in your search and good luck. I also have two daughters. So I understand the respect that is needed for female roommates.
