Hey everyone! We’re Adam (28) and Tom (27), and we’re looking for a roommate to sign our lease with us starting December 1st in our 3-bedroom flex / 2-bathroom apartment in Midtown East.

The available room is a FLEX ROOM. It is approximately 14' x 9' and has a flex wall that does not extend all the way to the ceiling. We want to be upfront about this so you know exactly what you're getting.

The Apartment & Building

We’re in a doorman building on the 17th floor at 44th St & 2nd Ave, about a 6-minute walk from Grand Central.

The building is very clean, and I've had a great experience here. The doormen and security are fantastic, and we've had no issues with pests or rodents.

The building has:

24/7 doorman/security
Laundry in the basement
Gym available for an additional ~$75/month
Great Midtown East location

The apartment will be essentially fully furnished aside from your room, but the person in the flex right now is willing to leave all of their furniture if need be. The kitchen is a typical NYC kitchen but does have a dishwasher.

The room is approximately 14' x 9', and it is a pretty good-sized flex room.

The current roommate has a full-size bed, desk, and small futon in the room and still has some space left over. There is also plenty of room for clothes, and you'll have access to your own closet located just outside the room. The room also has its own window AC unit that works extremely well.

You would share a full bathroom with Adam, which is a very nice size.

Rent & Lease

$1,850/month + around 60/ month for WiFi & utilities that are split 3 ways

Lease starts December 1st.

About Us

We’re both pretty laid-back guys. During the week, we generally keep things pretty tame and like to wind down with video games, sports, etc. On the weekends, we enjoy going out.

We both love sports, especially basketball, football, and soccer. We're also both pretty clean and try to keep the apartment in good shape.

We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with. We also ask that there be no smoking inside the apartment.
