Rent is $2,150 per month, which includes heat and hot water. We’ll split electricity and internet. Lease is 12 months beginning August 1, which we’ll co-sign. Room is unfurnished — bedroom furnishings pictured will leave with outgoing roommate before move-in.

Unit comes with a full bathroom and kitchen including a dishwasher, with laundry on the same floor. There is exposed brick and stone in this basement unit, which has a staircase right outside to street level.

This is a quiet neighborhood in a fantastic location — just minutes by foot from subway and bus stations, along with a variety of restaurants and bars on Second Avenue less than a block away.
