My roommate and I are looking for new tenant(s) to take over our spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Midtown East starting July 1st.

Rent:
• $4,100/month for a single tenant renting the full apartment
OR
• $2,150/month per person for two separate tenants

Additional details:
• Utilities (except water) are not included and average around $100/month total
• 1 bathroom with both shower and bathtub
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Apartment comes generally unfurnished, but furniture take over can be negotiated
• In-building laundry
• 10th floor apartment with southern exposure and great natural light

• Walkable distance to Central Park
