Lease Takeover Cozy Apartment in Prime Location

My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over our lease that ends May 31.
The apartment is located on the second floor and consists of:
-1 bedroom (tripple bunk bed)
-1 bathroom with shower/tub
-Living room that has a sofa couch for extra sleeping space
-Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, lots os cabinets for storage space
-Little outdoor patio area
-Another small closet/office space
-Lots of convenient storage space

There is laundry in unit, as well as a gym and rooftop, there is also a 24/7 doorman security and a mail room.

We bought all the furniture from the previous tenant and are looking to do the same (all furniture would be 1000 US one time fee)

Rent is 3600 (1800/ person for 2 people sharing)
+ Utilities are usually no more than 100/month (50/person)
1 month rent deposit
