Looking for a male (preferably in their 20s) subletter from May–August for a room in a 3-bedroom apartment in Midtown East, just a 10-minute walk to Grand Central — perfect for commuting anywhere in the city.

The apartment is fully furnished (living room, kitchen, etc.), while the bedroom itself is unfurnished, giving you flexibility to set it up how you like.

You’ll be living with two roommates (age: 25, both in accounting) — very easygoing, and respectful. We have a good balance of keeping things chill during the week but enjoy going out on weekends and being social.
