Looking for someone to take over my room in an amazing Midtown East apartment! I'm relocating for work and need someone to move in mid-February. Available to show the room virtually or in person.

Move-In Date: February 13th (flexible by a day or two if needed)

Rent & Lease: $2,300/month - Utilities Included (electricity & internet). Lease runs through end of April with a very easy option to renew/extend - No Broker Fee

The Room: Huge bedroom with massive windows providing tons of natural light! Includes closet space in the main living area, plus I'm happy to leave my free-standing wardrobe cabinet (see photo). Willing to discuss leaving other furniture as well

The Apartment: Spacious 3BR/2BA with a huge shared living area - plenty of space to spread out and relax
