Hi, I am moving out and subletting my room in 2B1B property till lease end (Feb 28)

The room is big and airy and the house has plenty of storage space. The other room is on the far side of the house.

The sublet comes with all furnishings - bed / desk / sofa / etc. The kitchenette is small but well equipped (dishwasher / microwave / oven).

The apartment is on a quiet tree-lined street and has an elevator, a shared laundry and a rooftop.

The other flatmate is a guy in his mid-20s who works in tech and travels frequently, so you'll have the house to yourself about half the time!

The start / end date is flexible (±15 days)
