Building features doormen 24/7, laundry in the basement, elevators, and a roof deck that lets you take in great views of both Manhattan and Long Island City.
Multiple trains such as the 4, 5, 6, 7, S, E, and M are all less than half a mile away, and there is also an attended garage with monthly and daily rates available for residents.
This would be a lease assignment starting on March 1st and ending May 31st, renewal is an option at the end of the lease assignment, also willing to work with subleasing. Rent is $3300/month, can come furnished or unfurnished, or willing to supplement rent to bring price down to $3000/month.
