The room is fairly spacious and is a converted bedroom without windows but a double-closet with shelving.
Please note the following requirements:
-Must sign a 14-month lease starting June 1st – the time period of the lease is flexible. Can leave at any time so long as you find someone to take over your portion of the rotating lease.
