My roommate and I are looking for a third female roommate to join our lease as our current third roommate is moving out. The lease move in date starts JUNE 1.
The apartment building is located in Midtown East and has doormen, elevators, a free gym, and laundry. Our apartment unit has its own WRAP AROUND TERRACE, and the room we are looking to fill has its own individual access to the terrace. The building is a quick walk to Grand Central and the 4/5/6/7 line subway.
My roommate and I are both in our mid 20s, and work professional jobs in Manhattan. We are both clean and enjoy occasionally hosting but are not rowdy.
