This residence is conveniently located in the exclusive Turtle Bay Area of Midtown East, 2 blocks east of historic Grand Central Station and one block west of the United Nations with just a short walk to Times Square and Madison and 5th Avenues shopping district. Since I travel on business frequently for two or more weeks at a time, you have the apt to yourself for the better part of the month, often the whole month. THE ROOM FOR RENT IS PRIVATE, for you only, 12 ft x 15 ft., 10 ft. closet, large bay window, queen-size bed, air-conditioning, 36-in LCD TV with WiFi, laptop desk and chair. Both the bathroom, kitchen are shared. Living room has leather chair, suede chair and 1/2 with ottoman, a leather sofa bed convertible (which I use when I'm in town but separated at night for mutual privacy). Utilities included: WiFi and heat with a cap on electricity. A newly appointed, comfortable laundry room is located in lower level of building. Rooftop is accessible and faces views of the Chrysler Building and the East River. Parking is available in building. Close by: Trader Joes, The Amish Market, selling unique foods and sundries from all countries and a health food store, providing organic meals made fresh daily. I am a non-smoker, vegan, neat, open minded, straight and considerate of your privacy, seeking preferably like-minded males with whom to share apartment but flexible with respect to an otherwise compatible person, whether female, gay or straight. There are rules and regulations that are expected to be followed for visitors pertinent to the respect and consideration for both residents.
