Looking for someone (f. or m.) to take one of two rooms in a massive Midtown East Penthouse apartment. You have the choice of either room

About the rooms...
Larger room (no private bath, 1425):
- Room for queen/king bed
- A private balcony on the south side of the building shared with one other roommate
- Two closets
- Big window with lots of natural light
- Plenty of room to spare for other furniture (currently fits a large dresser, desk, chair, two nightstands, bookcase, standing mirror, with plenty of extra space)
- You will share a full bathroom with one roommate
-The entryway with coat hooks in the pic is a part of your room. The bedroom door opens into that entrance.
- New, central AC/heating unit

Smaller room (private bath, 1525):
- Room for queen bed
- Wide closet with sliding doors
- Big windows with lots of natural light facing the East River
- Plenty of room for a desk, small table, etc.
- Private full bathroom
- New, central AC/heating unit

In addition to your room, the apartment features

- Washer / Dryer in unit (bigger units in basement for large items)

Additional details...
- One month security deposit, a good credit history, and the ability to pass a background check are required for board approval.
- Application fees total $1210.

- We are 2 roommates who are quiet and keep to themselves, we have a pretty go-with-the-flow household. We are all in our late 20's and both work in IT at financial firms. We keep regular work hours and are usually busy on the weekends so it stays pretty quiet around the apartment.
