One beautiful bedroom for rent

This is a one month rental for the month of June 2018 only. The building is 279 east 44th street - Olympia house (44th and 2nd) Rent is $1395 + ~50 for cable/internet and electric. Room will have a full size bed and Ikea 4 drawer chest + a private additional double closet is located outside next to the bathroom. It's a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apt and two other females currently live there. No pets allowed.
There is a fully furnished living room and a nicely sized kitchen. It is a doorman and elevator building with laundry in the basement. It's a 5 minute walk to grand central so many subway options there. I've lived there for almost 4 years so I can say it's a great building!
