Subleasing my room in this apartment in the heart of midtown on 46th Street. It is a two bedroom with a one bath and has in unit laundry and ac. You would be living in the larger bedroom for around $2350 or the small room + living room for $2150 but am open to negotiating price. I am ideally looking for someone to take over in January. The lease will run until July 2026 but am open to shorter term subleases. Nothing wrong with the apartment just not a fan of the location.
