The room itself is pretty spacious I have a full size bed in there but it can fit a queen. There is a built in air conditioner unit in the wall, and it has two large windows. With a large closet in the front of the apartment. Small kitchen and decent size living room as well as laundry in the building.

My roommate is pretty chill, she isn't loud, she works for Weill Cornell and is a student at Columbia University. The apartment is ready to rent immediately, and also willing to cut the price of the rent if need be (not by much but we can work out a deal). The lease started in March of 2020 and is a 12 month lease.

If you are ready to move in, in July (that's 6 months left on the lease with an option to resign). This is an elevator/doorman building on the 3rd floor. The apartment is 3 blocks from the Fordham University Law School and Columbus circle. There are great shops/food, and the neighborhood is pretty fun and lively.
