Herald Towers Lease Takeover

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female to take over my lease in a flexed 3B1B apartment at Herald Towers in midtown.

The room faces Broadway, gets plenty of natural sunlight, and has built-in AC and heating. You’ll share a large closet located outside the room with one other roommate.

Available: Around October 19, 2026, with a flexible move-in date
Lease ends: August 31, 2027
Rent: $1,764/month + electricity, wifi, and shared supplies as needed

You’ll be living with two female roommates who both work hybrid schedules.

The building has a doorman, laundry room, gym, lounge, and package room, and hosts plenty of resident events. It’s conveniently located near multiple subway lines and just one block from Penn Station.

Household expectations:
Weekly rotating cleaning schedule, each roommate cleans once every three weeks
No outdoor shoes inside
No pets, vaping, or smoking
Lease requirements: Annual income of at least 40x the monthly rent, or a guarantor with annual income of at least 80x the monthly rent.
