STARTS FEB. 1. I am looking for a female to sublet my room for one month with the strong likelihood of being able to extend for at least couple additional months and perhaps even longer. The room is in Herald Towers in the heart of midtown!

You would have the room *guaranteed* until Feb 28th and a ~90% chance of being able to renew for an additional 1-3 months (potentially even longer), which I would be able to confirm by the first or second week of February.

For context, I am in a trial period for a different apartment that I hope to stay in for several months. Since it's a trial period, I would just need to get the O. K. to move from a trial period to a longer lease, but that is only possible after I've been there there for a bit.

The room is in an incredible part of town and has great amenities like an exercise room and a multi-room rooftop lounge with pool tables, ping pong, board games, and study areas.
