I've curated and filled this pre-war Manhattan apartment with rare antiques and several one-of-a-kind objects, especially in the living room.

There's a marble fireplace, a towering antique Seth Thomas grandfather clock and gilded mirrors.

There's a cloud mural and a $5,500+ bed set up with hotel-grade luxury bedding and high end mattress in your room.

Cook with top-of-the-line stainless steel cookware, fine dining dishware sourced from the same suppliers as NYC's fine dining restaurants, and crystal wine glasses.

You'll be living with a Michelin-starred pastry chef (and she's mostly at work)

Apartment is super quiet despite being on one of the most historic and luxury-brand dense streets in all of NYC (and neighbors are really quiet).

💳 PAYMENT & BOOKING

Security deposit required to confirm stay
- Short stays: full payment + deposit at booking
- Monthly stays: first month + one month security deposit before move-in

Accepted: Zelle, bank transfer, Venmo, PayPal

Cancellation:
- Full refund (minus deposit) if cancelled 7+ days before
- 50% if 2–6 days · No refund within 48 hrs
- Stays 30+ days come with a simple sublease agreement for both parties' protection
