Entry way to apartment

- My roommate and I are looking to fill a spot in our three-bedroom apartment
- One block away from 6 train at 33rd
- 10th floor corner apartment of historic building
- Living room is furnished
- Available bedroom (Bedroom #3 in floor plan diagram)
- Available bedroom furnishings would include desk ($70) and existing dresser (46' Width, 74' Height, 20' Depth, $125)
-Room does not have a closet but could be built by the building for a fee, dresser in there currently for purchase and additional closet space in common area if needed)
- Shared bathroom with one other roommate
- Washer/dryer in basement
- Whole Foods, gyms and restaurants within short walking distance
-Rent split can be negotiated

- Me: 32/M, work in finance in Midtown, have lived in NYC for 6 yrs, work from home sometimes
- 2nd Roommate: 30/M, Neuroscience Resident (soon to be Fellow) working at NYU Langone, works 6 days a week from 7am-7pm
- Preference for renters with a job already unless they have a guarantor
- Would like to meet with those interested in person or over Facetime first
- Can provide tour in person or over Facetime as needed
