Things to note: 4A means a 4th floor walk up, I know. There is roof access. Built in closet with mirrors.

Super close to most major trains and surrounded by restaurants and nightlife. Close to Fordham University, John Jay College, and Julliard. Also close to Mount Sinai West, NYU Langone (ambulatory and urgent care). Neighborhood is LGBTQIA+ friendly!

A bit about us: I’m the primary and sole lease holder of this rental, I’m a sculptor/painter, fine arts fabricator, and scenic. My primary job is in fine arts production. I occasionally work from home in our room. My partner is a fine arts and commercial fabricator, and works in operations management. We have a roommate who works is in hospitality management.

Last months rent due upon agreement and monthly rent due will be due on the 30-1st of each month.

Long term sublets: Rent is fixed until Dec 31st, 2026, then subject to change based on lease renewal. Usually very minimal change or not at all.

Short term rentals are always welcome, we are flexible.
