About new roomate: MUST be clean!!! Always wiping down the kitchen counter tops, stove and even the floor after cooking in the kitchen (things splash on the stove and food sometimes fall on floor without knowing so just doing a nice quick cleanup after makes it so things don’t build up). No dirty dishes in the sink, no food in the drain. No hair in the tub. Just being respectful and courteous that you do have other people living with you. Sorry I’m a little anal about cleanliness I just don’t want to be the only person cleaning all the time. I always clean up after I’m done… I just don’t want to be cleaning your mess as well. So if everyone cleans up after themselves we should always have a clean apartment :) If you don’t clean up after yourself this will not be a good fit! l
