I’m renting a room in my two-bedroom apartment in Midtown East, just steps from Central Park, the East River, and some of the best bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants in NYC. Whole Foods is two blocks away, and the E, M, and 6 trains are just one block from the building—making commuting incredibly easy.

Because of my work and personal commitments, I'm away or busy much of the time, so you'll often have the apartment largely to yourself. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys a quiet, independent living environment.

A little about me: I’m a political science graduate and a proud U. S. service member. I value discipline, cleanliness, and respect, and I maintain a calm, organized home environment.

- Light cooking preferred (no heavy cooking or strong odors)
- Must be comfortable with dogs 🐾 (I have dogs and they are part of the home!)
