One true bedroom in a 4bd-flex/2bath in a 2-story apartment in Hell's Kitchen. Looking to sublet with flexible start dates and max end date of August 31st! Monthly rent is $1300, with an additional $12 for Wi-Fi and ~$20ish for utilities.

The room has a ton of natural sunlight on the first/top floor of the 2-story apartment, and a full closet in the room. The kitchen is fully functional with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, all the works! Totally willing to negotiate on furniture if you need as well :)

There is a full rooftop with seating, tables, etc. that is so beautiful in the summer! The building is great with a super attentive super! There is a package concierge and mailroom so packages stay safe. Washer/Dryers are in-building.

The roommates are three girls 22-23y/o, but they are all out of town due to COVID. However, all of the roommates are super kind and considerate, so you'll feel super welcome either way! All of the roommates are 4-20 friendly, so you must be comfortable with that.

Only six blocks from Central Park. Great health food market steps from the apartment and Whole Foods 5 blocks away. Access to A/C/E/N/Q/R/W/1/7/B/D all within 4 blocks, and a CitiBike station right outside!
There is a precinct right across the street so you will feel super safe!
