Large Furnished Bedroom for Rent in Midtown

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting July 1st (very flexible with the dates!).

Location:
This apartment is located in Hell's Kitchen with amazing location to restaurants, Whole Foods, Central Park and etc. 5-7 mins walk away from E, C, A,1, B, D, N, Q, R, W.

Room Details & Deposits:
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease around July 1st (flexible). My room is a flex with two windows, brick wall and fits a full size bed. At the time of lease signing, you will be required to pay one month security deposit with last two months rent and prorated month's rent.

Roommate:
You will be sharing a room with two other females and one adorable dog! They usually keep the apartment clean. They are very friendly and outgoing and will make you feel at home instantly. They would prefer to have roommate that share a same qualities as them.

Amenities:
We are on the second floor walk-up. Water and Heat are included in the rent, so Electric, Gas and Internet bill will be shared with two other roommates. Our apartment has washer/dryer in-unit (which is very rare in the neighborhood)! It was newly renovated two years ago and we were the first tenant since renovation!
