The Apartment: The apartment is a two-floor duplex with three bedrooms. Each roommate has their own bathroom. Downstairs is a large kitchen and outdoor patio. It is a rarity to have an outdoor patio in Manhattan. Sit outside with a cup of coffee on a warm fall day or get a sun tan in the summer. Bask in the glow of New York City.?

The Roommates: You will be sharing the apartment with two other mature females, and an uber affectionate kitty named Santiago. We have lived in the apartment for many years because of the awesome location. One roommate is launching a startup so spends most days on the laptop doing work. The other, works independently. We are laid back and mostly, do our own thing.?

You: We are looking for a student or fully employed, financially stable roommate who doesn't mind a kitty. Prefer someone who will stay for at least 3 months. Hopefully you have a good sense of humor and won't complain if a dish is in the sink (there are after all, bigger problems in the world).
