Move in for a beautiful sun-filled room with high ceilings in central located hot neighborhood of NoMad, close to madison sq park!! I have lived in this apartment for 7 years and love everything about it - especially the location. It's next to everything: midtown, all the trains, and the hottest new restaurants / bars / coffeeshops!
There are 2 girls in the apartment now, and we are looking for a 3rd roommate (male or female) to join. This person will have their own private bathroom and bedroom that can fit a living room inside of it as well! Looking for someone to sign a lease with us for the whole year! :)
About Me & My Roommate:
Mid 20?s professional females! I moved to NYC 8 yrs ago for school and stayed because I love the city so much. I love to hang out with friends, visit museums, paint, and run in Central Park in my spare time! My roommate moved here a year ago from Utah - loves to explore the city with friends, travel, and watch Office Reruns and Friends (of course).
We keep the common areas clean, are respectful of other's spaces and considerate in how much noise we make. We definitely wouldn't mind sharing a glass of wine or going out to dinner together every now and then!
The larger room is over 350 SQ Ft of space in your room - this room is huge! 1 full wall of closet space (10 feet of closets). Plenty of room for a full room set, king-sized bed, couch, and desk! Perfect for someone who likes to hang out in their room, needs to work from home, or just would like some extra space in their apartment. You will have your own private bathroom with a tub.. ($2650 / month) - will not consider couple. The room is not furnished so these furnishings will be gone and you can decorate as you wish!! :)
Close to the 4,5,6, N, Q, R, W, B, D, F, M, Path Train, Metro North LIRR, NJ Transit, Grand Central, Penn, and Bus stations.
