Note from current housemate: Hi guys! I have lived in this apartment for the last 6 months and can't recommend it highly enough (very sad to leave actually!). The location of the apartment is right in the middle of all the action, close to most subway lines, a few blocks from Central Park...very convenient. The apartment is also fully furnished, so you can move right in. An added bonus: the landlord is very easy to get along with and very rarely back in NYC...He lives overseas, so you mostly have the place to yourself.
